Being an approved RRA of E Mudhra Certifying Authority we are fully equipped to fulfil all your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) requirements.
Digital Signature Certificate used for filing of e-forms has the same legal recognition and validity as handwritten signatures. A Digital Signature Certificate, like hand written signature, establishes the identity of the person filing the documents which filer cannot revoke or deny later on. A Digital Signature Certificate is not only a digital equivalent of a hand written signature it adds extra data electronically to any message or a document where it is used to make it more authentic and more secured. Digital Signature ensures that no tampering of data is done once the document has been digitally signed.
Digital Signature Certificate is also required for participating in tenders of various organisations like, CPWD, Railways, etc.
Maximum validity of a DSC is 3 years. Once expired renewal is required.
PROCESS FOR OBTAINING DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICAT (DSC)
Only Form provided by us should be used. Application made in old form will be rejected.
If the applicant or the organisation to which he belongs has GSTIN please provide the following :
ATTESTATION OF DOCUMENTS
All entries & Signature of the attesting person should be in BLUE INK only.
Proof of Address and Proof of Identity (as mentioned in application form) should be attested either by a Gazetted Officer or Bank Manager or Post Master.
The person who is attesting the documents should specify his:
SIGNING AND FILE UP OF APPLICATION BY THE APPLICANT:
E-MAIL ID AND MOBILE NUMBER :
E-mail ID and/or Mobile No. mentioned in the application form should be Unique. i.e., E-mail ID and Mobile No must belong to you and should not have been used for acquiring DSC of any other person. If it is found that E-mail ID and/or Mobile No. is not unique, the application will be rejected.
VIDEO RECORDING :
On receipt of your DSC Application, E Mudhra Certifying Authority (CA) would send you an e-mail (at the E-mail ID provided by you) with a link to verify your details through video recording. You should answer specific set of questions asked by E Mudhra to establish your identity. Once video recording is complete same has to be submitted to E Mudhra. Details instructions will be provided in the browser. Your DSC application will approve only after successful submission of video recording.
